By making a donation through our authorised channels, you acknowledge and agree to this Donation & Refund Policy.

Donations

Donations may be made through authorised donation methods published by the Society, including DuitNow QR and other approved channels as may be introduced from time to time.

All donations are voluntary and made at the donor’s own discretion.

Refunds

As donations are intended to support charitable and religious activities, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, requests for refunds arising from genuine errors, accidental duplicate transactions, or other exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction.

The Society reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request at its sole discretion.

Processing Charges

Where a refund is approved, any administrative, banking, transaction, or processing charges incurred in connection with the donation and/or refund process may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Method

Approved refunds shall generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

Processing times may vary depending on the relevant financial institution or payment platform.

Donation Records

Donors are encouraged to retain proof of transaction or payment reference for verification purposes.

The Society may request supporting information before processing enquiries relating to donations or refund requests.

Changes to this Policy

The Society reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Donation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version shall take effect immediately upon publication on the official website.
